The dominate feature of this map is the objective, an old starwolf drilling platform in the middle of the two bases. Control of the platform will give you an increase in sensor range, an extra turret, and stations.

All vehicles excluding the MPB are available.

Siege Snow Snowing Night

Here is the return to Aedificium. After a long time since the last battle, the base must be recaptured. This cold run of a battle, which also inspired the current style of Blue Night styled maps, has been throughly tested and has turned out to be a great map. Redesigned for match play, even top OGL tribes can have a challenge from this map and it can really go either way. All the bugs from the old version have been worked out. So, download it!

Mission Critical by Ready AKira on June 24, 2001

Capture the Flag Other Snowing Bots Client Side Custom Textures

Mission Critical take place on a small planet outside the Storm homeland. Each side has a main base with two generator towers spread out to the left and right of the base. One of the gen Towers is protected by a forcefield. It is nessecary to take out the generator in the rather unprotected tower and locate the two solar panels that power the forcefield in order to kill the power to the main base. The flags are hidden deep in the basement of the main base. Located in the center of the map is a control tower which controls numerous turrets across the map.

Siege Snow Snowing

Glossina Rising is my first map. I wanted the map to "feel" open, interesting and dynamic. The map is very large and the spread out bases require teamplay.

Two FF gens in the large tower protect the switch. Two generators in the main base power the fields at the tower. among other things. While there IS a back entrance into the FF tower, I expect a half awake defense to put up a fight, which then requires a coordinated assault simultaneously on both bases (that's the whole point). The small, hanging switch is raised high in the mountains above the main base.

The terran is snow covered grass. There is a main path connecting the two basses and a path behind the basses that is rugid. Each team has a vehicle station a tower a bunker holding the forcefield gen.,a main base and a little bunker holding the flag protected by a green forcfield. The main base holds the main generators powering every thing besides the forcfield. There are two missile turrets above the main base, and two AA turrets above the gen. tower.

Siege Snow Snowing Night

Aedificium, a structure of unknown power, has been taken over. Now your mission is to take it back. Destroy the base generators to leave your enemies in the cold, or just blow up the forcefield generators to allow the final rush on the switch. Either way, you'll have one hell of a battle on this frozen rock of a world.
